By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or purchasing any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian registering a minor (under 18 years of age), you agree to these Terms on their behalf.

1. Scope of Practice & The "Root-Cause" Approach

  • 1.1. B-Health operates under the direction of Bindiya, a Naturopathic Wellness Practitioner based within the United Kingdom.

  • 1.2. Our services focus on supporting women, children, and families through a root-cause approach. This approach is strictly educational, preventative, and supportive. It evaluates lifestyle habits, nutritional foundations, daily routines, and traditional Ayurvedic principles.

  • 1.3. A root-cause wellness approach seeks to optimise the body's natural state of vitality, nutritional status, and metabolic comfort. It is not an alternative to, or a substitute for, clinical medical investigation, psychiatric diagnosis, or conventional disease management.

2. No Medical Advice, Clinical Diagnosis, or Treatment

  • 2.1. We do not provide medical advice, clinical assessments, prescriptions, or medical treatments.

  • 2.2. Our services, website content, written wellness plans, and educational materials do not claim to treat, cure, reverse, prevent, or manage any human disease, physical ailment, or neurodevelopment/neurodivergent condition.

  • 2.3. Specific Neurodivergent Support: While we offer additional guidance in diet and supplementation support for neurodivergent children, this support is purely intended to nurture general nutritional foundations, digestive wellbeing, and overall physical vitality. We do not claim to treat, manage, or reduce the core clinical features or behaviours associated with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), or other neurodevelopment conditions.

  • 2.4. You acknowledge that any educational information regarding food supplements, micronutrients, or herbal preparations is provided solely to support nutritional status and general health balance.

3. Safeguarding, Minor Policy, and Mandatory Parental Presence

  • 3.1. We are deeply committed to child safeguarding. We do not provide wellness consultations or coaching directly to individuals under 18 years of age ("Minors") without direct parental oversight.

  • 3.2. Mandatory Consent & Presence: A parent or legal guardian must provide express written consent prior to any consultation involving a minor. The parent or legal guardian must be physically present for the entirety of every online or in-person session involving a minor client.

  • 3.3. No Interruption of Medical Care: Parents and legal guardians must explicitly agree never to delay, discontinue, or disregard conventional medical treatment, formal paediatric investigations, or prescribed pharmaceutical treatments (such as ADHD medication) for their child in reliance upon any advice or nutritional plans provided by us.

4. Payments, Programmes, and Cancellations

  • 4.1. Payment Timing: Full payment or the first instalment of an agreed payment plan is required prior to your initial consultation session.

  • 4.2. Payment Plans: If you opt for a payment plan (such as the 3-month instalment option for the Signature Programme), you legally commit to completing all instalments as agreed. Missed payments will result in an immediate pause of services and software access, and the remaining balance will remain legally due.

  • 4.3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any session. Sessions missed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the appointment and may incur the full session fee.

  • 4.4. Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke, time-intensive nature of practitioner evaluations, refunds are not provided for completed consultation sessions, ongoing programmes, or digital resources once delivered, subject to your statutory rights under UK Consumer Law.

5. Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

  • 5.1. You maintain full responsibility for your own health and healthcare choices, as well as those of your children.

  • 5.2. Mandatory GP Consultation: You are strongly advised to share any wellness, dietary, or food supplement protocols provided by us with your General Practitioner (GP), paediatrician, or relevant NHS/private clinical team before implementation.

  • 5.3. Any adjustments to your or your child's nutrition, supplementation, or lifestyle are undertaken entirely at your own choice, discretion, and risk. We accept no liability for any adverse reactions or unexpected outcomes arising from your voluntary implementation of our lifestyle education.

6. Website Content and Testimonials

  • 6.1. All content published on our website, blog, and social media channels complies with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) Code. Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

  • 6.2. No Guarantees: Health results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes. Any client testimonials displayed represent individual experiences and must not be interpreted as a guarantee that future clients will achieve identical results or symptom improvements.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • 7.1. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • 7.2. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising under or in connection with these Terms.
