    All recommendations are practical and family-friendly.

  • I believe wellness support should feel accessible where possible. A small number of reduced-rate spaces are available for lower-income families seeking children’s or neurodivergent nutrition support. Please get in touch to discuss current availability.

    I help with:

    The aim is to support hormonal balance early and prevent longer-term issues.

    For teens, they are welcome to join if appropriate.
