Meet The Founder

A Personal Approach to Healing.

“My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. After navigating my own health challenges, I came to understand that true healing happens when we support the body as a whole - physically, emotionally, and environmentally.“

About Me

Hi, I’m Bindiya - though most people know me as B.

My journey into health began through my own experiences.

From a young age, I struggled with painful and heavy periods, which later developed into endometriosis. Over time, I followed the conventional medical route, including surgery and IVF, hoping to find long-term relief.

While some treatments helped temporarily, my symptoms continued to return. I felt frustrated, disconnected from my body, and unsure of what to do next.

This led me to explore a more holistic approach.

Through nutrition, lifestyle changes, nervous system support, and holistic wellness practices, I began to understand how interconnected the body truly is - and how much our physical health is influenced by stress, emotions, and past experiences.

Over time, I was able to support my body in a different way, and later went on to conceive my second child naturally.

FAMILY EXPERIENCE

My journey deepened further when supporting my son.

I was advised that medication would likely be the main route for his focus and concentration challenges, but I felt strongly about exploring natural approaches first.

Through nutrition, routine, and targeted support, I began to see meaningful improvements - not only in his focus, but in his overall wellbeing.

CONNECTING THE DOTS

Looking back, I can now see how many of my health challenges were connected - from early emotional experiences to chronic stress and physical symptoms.

This understanding shapes the way I work today.

I now support women, teens, and families through a combination of:

  • Naturopathic nutrition

  • Ayurvedic principles

  • Nervous system support

  • Practical and realistic lifestyle changes

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and focused on helping you feel balanced, supported, and in control of your health.

Training & Philosophy

My work combines professional training, ongoing education, and lived experience to provide a compassionate, root-cause approach to wellbeing.

My background includes:

  • Naturopathic Health Coach Diploma (CNM)

  • Ongoing Biomedical Science studies (CNM)

  • Additional training in diet and supplementation support for neurodivergent children, including ADHD and Autism (CNM)

  • Foundational study in Ayurvedic principles, alongside personal cultural understanding of the energetics of food and lifestyle (CNM)

Integrative approaches combining nutrition, lifestyle, nervous system support, and Ayurvedic wisdom.

I continue to deepen my knowledge through ongoing study and believe in creating realistic, personalised support that works alongside each individual and family’s unique needs.

A naturopathic wellness practitioner takes a holistic, root-cause approach to wellbeing.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I explore:

• Nutrition

• Hormonal balance

• Gut health

• Nervous system regulation

• Emotional wellbeing and stress support

• Lifestyle and environmental influences

I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. I work alongside you - and alongside any medical care - to provide guidance, education, structure, and support.

My role is to empower you to understand your body and create sustainable change.

WHAT IS A NATUROPATHIC WELLNESS PRACTITIONER?

At B Health, I believe true health is created when the body feels safe, supported, and nourished.

Through a holistic approach that considers mind and body connection, I help women and families reconnect with balance and long-term wellbeing.
